Group training is an amazing way to get fit and keep fit.
Working with a group of like minded people you'll have fun and get an amazing workout at the same time. Together you motivate and inspire each other to be the best you can be.
Goup fitness may challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone, but it is never boring.
Combining cardio, resistance training and boxing - every session is different.
Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday
7.30am, 9.30am, 4.30pm, 7.30pm
5 WEEK PACKAGE
1 per week @ $20 - $100 for 5 weeks
2 per week @ $15 - $150 for 5 weeks
3 per week @ $13 - $195 for 5 weeks
4 per week @ $11 - $220 for 5 weeks
